Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Nexxen Complete Growth and Nexxen Complete Growth + Custom Website unless a separate written agreement expressly provides different terms.

Current charges

The currency and exact amounts displayed on your checkout page and receipt control your order.

How to cancel

Request cancellation before your next renewal by emailing matthew@nexxensolutions.ca or calling +1 510-369-5110. Include the customer or business name and the email used at checkout so we can locate the subscription.

Unless we confirm an earlier effective date, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid service period. Managed services, hosting, automations, software access, or support may end when that period expires.

Monthly subscription payments

Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the paid service period begins because capacity, software, support, and service work are reserved or performed for that period. This does not apply to a confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or any refund required by law.

Not using the service or delaying requested access, assets, information, or approvals does not automatically pause billing or create a refund right.

Custom-website setup fee

The $500 USD setup fee covers initial discovery, configuration, design, production preparation, and related setup work. It becomes non-refundable once any of that work begins. If you cancel before any setup work begins, contact us promptly and we will review the setup charge.

Billing errors and unrecognized charges

If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact us promptly. We will investigate the checkout, transaction, communication, and service records and respond with the available details. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right under applicable law.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary, so the credit may take several business days to appear after it is submitted.

This policy is part of the Nexxen Solutions Terms of Service. The checkout page or signed order form identifies the package and price accepted by the customer.
